Healthy gums

Did you make New Year’s resolutions for 2018?  We hope that you are among the few that have kept them so far!  You can always get yourself back on track!

If living healthier is among your resolutions, your teeth and gums will benefit, too!  Healthier foods are better for your teeth than ‘junk’ foods. Increasing exercise will improve blood circulation to your gums as well.  To keep your gums and teeth healthy, floss and brush twice a day, and see us for regular check-ups this year.

Your general health will benefit from your good oral health, too.  Some dental troubles can affect the rest of your body.  When you see us on a regular basis, we can identify problems in your mouth which can be signs of problems elsewhere in your body.

Call us to make your next appointment!  We look forward to seeing you soon!
