Two Minute Rule

Don’t spend 40 seconds brushing your teeth. Spend 40 seconds brushing EACH SECTION of your mouth, for a total of two minutes.  Simply divide your mouth in three parts: front, left, and right. And don’t forget the backs (tongue side) of your teeth.

Gently use a circular motion with your toothbrush instead of “sawing” back and forth. You don’t need excessive pressure to remove the bacteria. In fact, if you brush too hard, you could end up scraping away tooth enamel.  To help prevent coffee, tea, and wine stains by brushing your teeth three times a day.
